Seven Key Points for Online Registration
BIFHSGO members enjoy reduced fees for the various conference events, but they must log in to the "Members Only" section of the BIFHSGO website before linking to the online registration form in order to receive the reduced rates for the seminars and conference sessions. No refunds will be given to members who fail to login before registering.
If you're not already a member of BIFHSGO, you can become one here.  If you pay the registration fee using the PayPal gateway (PayPal or credit card), you will be given immediate access to the "Members Only" section where you can register for the conference as a member and take advantage of the reduced rates.  
Note: With new family memberships the first named person gets immediate access to “Members Only”.  The Membership Director will then set the second member up.  The second name and email address needs to be sent to as the online information does not collect the information and provide an opportunity for two people to establish login ids and passwords.   
Those joining online in May and June pay the full year membership fee but will also receive the Spring and Summer Anglo-Celtic-Roots newsletter issues.  After July 1 the half-year rates ($30 for Individuals, $35 for families) are in effect for those wishing to wait.
Are you a previous member of BIFHSGO?  You may be able to still login to renew.  Be aware that if your membership ended in 2017 or earlier the system may renew you to just the following year.  Feel free to contact before starting rather than creating a second membership.
Two family members can register in the same paper or online transaction.  When the first person has registered online they may click on “Add another person” near the bottom of the page to add the information for the second family member.  Note that if the Family wishes to purchase a 2020 Family membership this option should be chosen for only one member of the family.
Online registration can be paid through PayPal either with your own PayPal account or with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.  You can also pay by cheque.
Paper registration forms can be downloaded from the conference website for mail-in registrations.
It is highly recommended that you read the "Online Registration Guide" before beginning the registration process.
